Mr. Lebold graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 2001 with a BA in Economics and received his JD from the University of Houston Law Center in 2006, where he served on the Houston Journal of Health Law & Policy. In his more than 15 years of practicing law, he has represented clients in a wide variety of business disputes and transactions, including real estate and oil & gas title disputes, oil & gas working interest disputes, mechanics & materialman's lien matters, real estate transactions, business and asset purchases and sales, company formation, minority interest freeze outs, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, and the occasional probate.
