Recently joining Hopkins Centrich Law, Justin Dolan brings over two decades of litigation experience representing businesses, government entities, and individuals in state and federal courts. His practice spans commercial litigation, business disputes, deceptive trade practices, employment law, professional liability, construction law, probate litigation, and various tort matters.
Justin’s legal journey began in Seattle, Washington, where he worked at big and midsized firms helping corporate clients navigate complex litigation cases and appeals. He also spent three years as a legal writing professor. Before he moved to Texas, Justin represented Wyoming as an Assistant Attorney General and later served as a Senior Deputy County Attorney. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Justin relocated to Texas to be closer to his son. Before joining Hopkins Centrich, he managed civil appeals for a boutique appellate firm and litigated cases on his own as part of a solo practice.
Beyond his legal practice, Justin is committed to pro bono service and community engagement. Recognized by the State Bar of Texas for his pro bono contributions to low-income Texans, he also serves as a Board Member of The Woodlands Bar Association, contributing to its community outreach efforts.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Justin enjoys spending time with his son, running, reading, learning Spanish, and the outdoors.
